We had enough apples to last us more than a month if we each followed doctors orders. Â So apple sauce was quickly a necessity. Â In fact, it was the reason for the trip. Everyone wanted apple sauce. Â So we peeled them up.

Added a little cinnamon and voila. Not a drop of sugar added. It’s tartand delicious.
